What is the client’s involvement in the design process?
We thoroughly discuss the project at hand with our client from the beginning. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combination/swatches, and ideas they may have. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones before work continues.
How do I check on the progress of my job during the design process?
We present the project to the client at certain stages throughout the design process and wait for approval before we continue work. We find that this process keeps the client involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication. In between these milestones, the client is free to call in to get an update.
How does your logo design process work?
We first discuss the client’s needs, target market, and uses for this logo. We then ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste. Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want. Either way, we make sure they’ve collected enough information before they begin work. What information do you require to prepare my Logo?
What would you like your logo to represent? Preferred style – corporate, contemporary, elegant etc. Preferred colors or current corporate colors. Text only, image only or both. Do you have a tag line to be included? Do you require a specific typeface? Where will your logo be displayed? Note: The more information that you can provide us with ensures that your logo meets all your needs.

All our sites are quoted individually taking into account the number of pages required, the graphic design and images required both site wide and on each page, required forms and any custom applications.
